
Copy Frequency Report: See What Competitive Senders Keep Sending
Professional and Enterprise subscribers can now access the Copy Frequency report under the Reports section. It surfaces the most repeatedly used email subject lines, email body copy, and SMS messages across the Competitive Insights database — ranked by number of unique send days.
If a campaign or committee keeps sending the same message, it's because that message is working. The Copy Frequency report gives you a direct window into what competitive senders are leaning on.
What's in the report
The report has three tabs: Email Subjects, Email Body, and SMS Copy. Each tab shows the content, the sending entity and party, a total send count, and the most recent date it was deployed. Results can be filtered by party, source, and date range.
Why it matters
Campaigns don't repeat bad copy. When you see the same subject line or message showing up across multiple send days, that's a strong signal it's resonating with donors and driving results. The Copy Frequency report makes it easy to identify those winning messages and understand what your competition keeps coming back to — giving you a practical starting point for your own outreach strategy.
