
See How Often a Subject Line or Message Has Been Sent
Professional and Enterprise subscribers can now see how many times a piece of email or SMS copy has been sent across multiple days. A badge appears directly on messages in the Competitive Insights feed, and clicking it opens a deduplicated view of every other instance of that copy being sent — organized by unique send date.
For email, the feature tracks two signals separately:
- Subject line frequency — flagged with a purple badge when the same subject line has been used before, across any sender in the feed.
- Body copy similarity — flagged with a blue badge when the email body closely matches a previously sent message.
For SMS, a green badge appears when the same message text has been sent on multiple days.
When you see repeated copy, it's usually a signal worth paying attention to — campaigns tend to reuse messaging that resonates with donors and drives results.
This feature is available to Professional ($300+) and Enterprise subscribers. A backfill tool has been run to generate similarity fingerprints for historical messages, so you'll see send counts on older content right away.
